Zareeva LUXE Buy-Back & Exchange Policy

At Zareeva LUXE, we want you to enjoy your jewellery for as long as possible. We offer a Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on eligible purchases made within India.

The value offered will depend on the time since purchase and the condition of the jewellery at the time of return.

Buy-Back / Exchange Value

  • 0 to 3 months: Up to 50% of the original purchase value
  • 3 to 6 months: Up to 30% of the original purchase value
  • After 6 months: Buy-Back or Exchange may be available at the discretion of Zareeva LUXE, depending on the product's condition.

The final value will be decided after our Quality Check (QC).

Product Condition

To be eligible for Buy-Back or Exchange:

  • The jewellery must be returned in a reasonable and acceptable condition.
  • Products that are broken, heavily scratched, severely tarnished, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible.
  • Normal signs of use may be accepted, subject to our Quality Check.
  • Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, improper storage, or rough handling may affect eligibility.
  • The original packaging and product details may be required for verification.

Return Process

  • The customer must self-ship the product to the return address provided by Zareeva LUXE.
  • Once received, the product will go through a Quality Check.
  • After successful QC, the final approved Buy-Back or Exchange value will be confirmed.
  • The approved value will be credited to the customer's Zareeva LUXE Wallet as Zareeva LUXE Cash.

Zareeva LUXE Cash

  • Zareeva LUXE Cash is valid for 365 days from the date of credit.
  • It can be used towards eligible online purchases on the Zareeva LUXE website.
  • Zareeva LUXE Cash cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Important Note

Zareeva LUXE jewellery is fashion/imitation jewellery and may naturally show changes in colour or finish over time with regular use. To maintain the appearance of your jewellery, we recommend keeping it away from water, perfume, sweat, lotions, and other chemicals and storing it in a dry place when not in use.
